We have now started the distribution process for 2010 . . . . .
As soon as possible after the event, we will contact the appropriate Charities by e-mail in order to ensure that we have the correct administrative details.

The process took far far too long in 2009 because it proved very difficult in some cases to find out the exact addresses (and e-mail) for a Point of Contact in the Charity:
. . . . . The problem stems from the efficiency of various "Spam" filters that recognise our e-mails as containing all the phrases of proven "bad guys".
Therefore, please e-mail me using entries@eddystonepursuit.org.uk in order to establish initial contact. I would greatly appreciate your putting your Charity name in the Subject line. You can use our contact us page too.
In 2009 and again in 2010 there are 41 Charities that have prizes but there is only one of me and I would rather not have to phone each and every charity just to exchange details ~ as pleasant as that would undoubtedly be!
PS Before you assume that "All the details are on our web site" Try to find the following specific information using your web-site:
- A direct Contact Tel No:
- The specific address, ideally for the "Accounts / Fundrasing" office (Do you know that some web sites do not even show Charity Numbers let alone any addresses?)
and - A name that can appear on the Envelope.
